Heinz of Edwards, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Heinz and Dorothy Heinz (Cramer); his sister Jeanne Speck of Peoria, IL.; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hanley; and his children, Cathy Happ (Greg) of Edwards, IL, James Heinz (Karleen) of Peoria, IL, Joseph Heinz of Edwards, IL, Patricia Unger (Thomas) of Boise, ID, John Heinz (Kerry) of Dunlap, IL and Michael Heinz (Melinda) of Sparland, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Mary's Church in Kickapoo IL or OSF Richard Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL.
