He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sample and Eloise Sample; and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his children, Trevor Sample (Katie) of Edinburg, IL and Amie Mouser (David) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Andrew, Camden Sample, Morgan and Brady Mouser; his siblings, Owen Sample and Sharon Gowin; and his mother-in-law Helen Border.
