It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Esther Spindel of Edinburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Huegel and Alleen Huegel (DeGaris); her husband John G Spindel Jr.; and her sisters, Mildred Gonthier and Francis Huegel.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Spindel (Pamela) of Springfield, Laurie Ingram (Brad) of Athens and Cindy Norris (Paul) of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Jill Wilson (Charles), Sarah Brockelsby (Garrett), Ivy Havrilka (Adam), Ashley Cantrall (Michael) and Betsy Burris (Austin); her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Wilson, Archer Wilson, Evelyn Cantrall and Levi Havrilka; and her brother Johnny Huegel (Yvonne) of Texas.
Memorials may be made to the Edinburg United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
