He was predeceased by: his father David Lee; his stepmother Georgie; his sister Karen; and his stepsister Bobbie Jo Garrison. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Erlenbush (Ayers); his wife Julie Booker; his sisters, Mary Lou Ewing (Bobby) of Springfield, Brenda Lea Pritchard (Russ) and Dale Lynn of Southern, IL.; his children, Jason (Rebekah Washburn), Aaron (Ashley Wareham), McKinnsey (Dylan Bolton), Trenton (Mary Peabody), Monica (Travis Alsbury) and Michelle (Mike Bross); his grandchildren, Riley, Peyton, Emma, Weston, Abigail, Wade, Charlotte, Drake and Ava; and his stepsisters, Lori, Kathy, Pam and Mindy. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews and cousins.
