She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blair and Dora Blair (Mills); her former husband LaVerne R. "Dutch" Lefever; her daughter Sheila; her son-in-law Curtis Wingo, Jr.; and her sisters, Velma Berroyer, Ruth "Poofy" Yeaman and Shirley Fesser.
She is survived by: her son Michael Blair; her spouse Marsha Blair (Mason) of Normal, IL.; her daughter Vicki Yonker (Joseph Yonker) of Edinburg; her grandchildren, Debra Wingo of Ogden, IL., Jennifer Yonker of Edinburg, Kevin Wingo (Uyen) of Champaign, Stephanie Funderburk of Morrisonville, Susan Queisser (Mike) of West Chicago, Steve Blair (Annetta) of Bloomington and Scott Blair (Jen) of Normal; and her great grandchildren, Deanna, Elizabeth Wingo, Carley, Tessa Funderburk, Grace, Sam, Annie, Anthony, Jaiden, Kylie and Emma Blair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Edinburg United Methodist Church or the St. Joseph's Indian School.
