She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph W. Webster and Wilma E. Webster (Heidbreder); her husband Glen Fulk; and her brothers, Charles Webster and Howard Webster Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Roger Fulk (Janine Lotz) of Brownstown and Susan Hartke (Randy) of Effingham; her sisters, Doris Kuhlman (Jack) of Effingham and Margaret Washburn (Gary) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Joshua Fulk (Tanishia), Amy Cole (Jason), Christin Hartke and Trent Hartke; and her great grandchild Lucy Fulk.
Memorials may go to Edgewood Christian Church or the donor's choice.
