With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann Parks (Edgewood, Illinois), born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on May 10, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Etta Bushur (Jamison) and Joseph Bushur; her husband William "Billy" Parks; her sisters, Marie Byrum (Crutcher), Deloris Martin (Leonard), Henrietta Trotter (Keith) and Frances Copper (Ralph); her parents-in-law, Wayne and Lucille Parks; and her son-in-law Doug Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Parks (Sheri) of Edgewood, Danny Parks (Denise) of Mason, Dale Parks (Sue) of Mason, Belinda Hall of Mason, Tammy Parks of Effingham and Lisa Orsborn (Dallas) of Effingham. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren with one on the way and 7 great great-grandchildren.
Memorials may go to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, American Cancer Society, or the donor's choice.
