He is survived by his sons, Rick Jr. of Lebanon, OR, Jason of Camas, WA and Nathan of Albany, OR. He is also survived by two brothers, Ray (and Debra) Hickman of Philomath, OR, Ron (and Julie) Hickman of Gervais, OR, and Crystal (and Joe) Gingerich of Kalona, IA; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Elsie (Prouty) Hickman, both sets of grandparents, and two older siblings.
