He is survived by: his children, Matthew Perham (Jennifer) of Laura, Faith Gray (Steve) of Glasford and Joni Chenault (David) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Autumn, Xander, Cash, Ryker, Cole, Wyatt, Kiah, Zeke, Dollar and Strider; and his brothers, Roger Perham (Lisa) of Chillicothe and Daniel Perham (Jessica) of Peoria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
