With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Eva Blevins (Edelstein, Illinois), born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on December 18, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Carl Fred and Eva Adina Knopp (Dietsch); her spouse Ken A. Blevins; her children, Gary Blevins (Robin) of Princeville, Bryant Blevins (Kathy) of Delavan and Karen Dismang (Bill) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Jonathan Blevins (Samantha) of Dunlap, Sarah and Colton Dismang of Chillicothe; her great grandchild Emma Blevins; and her sisters, Loretta Black of Davenport, IA and Barbara Johnson (Pete) of Burlington, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Illinois Cancer Care, or OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
