He was predeceased by: his parents, Errold Humphreys, and Roberta Jean Humphreys, Sr. (Lundeen). He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Humphreys (Christina) of Chillicothe, IL and Alexandra Featherstone (Eric) of Chillicothe, IL; his grandson Noah Humphreys; his siblings, Errold Humphreys, Jr. of Buta, IL, Crystal Stocking of Sheffield, IL, Yvonne Humphreys (Chris) of Conway, AR and Richard Humphreys (Jenna) of Wyanet, IL; and his girlfriend Melissa Buzikas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weber-Hurd Funeral Home (1107 N 4th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in David's name may be made to Arrowhead Country Club Grounds Maintenance Department.
