It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathie Jayne Maguire of Edelstein, Illinois, born in Washington, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Smith and Easter Smith (Reeves); and her brother Benjamin "Cliff" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Marcus Maguire (Heather) of Princeville and Megan Horan (Chris) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Dakoda Maguire, Brody Horan and Dylan Horan; and her nieces and nephews, Brian Smith (Joe Johnson) of Chicago, Derek Dunnagan (Sarah) of Ankney, IA, Timothy Smith (Misty) of Durango, CO, Jill Cranford (Bill) of Ottawa and Darci Dunnagan of Los Angeles, CA..
