He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Smith and Elaine Smith (Knopp); and his siblings, Harry Smith and Joyce Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, John Smith (Terri) of Streator and Linda Cook of Streator; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Kaup (David) and Betty Jo Cave of Grand Ridge.
