He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Kilpatrick and Edith Kilpatrick (Ragains); his uncle Elton; his aunt Mendoza Kilpatrick (Cox); his wife Amy Seiner; his son-in-law Kenneth Morris; his siblings, Daniel Kilpatrick, Betty Peck and Doris Peck; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Kilpatrick and Imogene Kilpatrick.
He is survived by: his children, Mickal Kilpatrick of Marion, N. C., James "Jim" Kilpatrick (Monica) of Stanley, N. C. and Twyla Morris of Golconda, IL; his grandchildren, Jonathan Kilpatrick (Ashlyn), Benjamin Kilpatrick (Summer) of Augusta, GA, Ashley Poe (Austin) of Ozark, IL, Jessica Trankler (Cody) of Tunnell Hill, IL, Haley, Becca (Weston), Austin Kilpatrick of Stanley, NC, Emma and Mitchell Kilpatrick of Marion, NC; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Luke, Audrey, Samuel, Jana, William, Easton, Ellie and Ragean; and his brothers, William Eugene Kilpatrick, James Siener (Carolyn), Victor Siener (Ava) and Roy Siener (Mary Lou). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
