She was predeceased by: her mother Fleeta Barger (Blackman); her stepfather James Barger; her father Roy Weekly; and her sisters, Bernice Collier, Marvetia Jack and Lois Rogers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Whittington of Hendersonville, TN and Jo Ellen Williamson (Brent Ewers) of Powder Springs, GA; and her grandson James Whittington (Kaitlyn Payne) of Warrenton, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church (700 State HWY 146E, Golconda, IL 62938). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
