She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Starr and Helen Starr (Eul); her husband Bernard Pellack; her daughter Margie Howard; and her sisters, Dorothy Hoy and Rosemary Quinn.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Pellack-Johnson (Terry) of Orland Park, IL, Roberta Duewerth (Mark) of Manteno, Bernadette Scott (Wayne) of Stone Fort, IL and Bernie Pellack of Galconda, IL; her brother Robert Starr (Diane) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Jerome Pellack, Royce Bialon, Marissia Howard (Ryan), Gary Anderson, Brian Scott, Kristen Gilbert, Gina Fregeau, Adam Pellack and Danielle Pellack; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Anderson, Reagan Anderson, Lucy Scott, Everett Scott and Georgeia Mae Scott. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
