He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Switzer and Wilma Switzer (Harris). He is survived by: his siblings, Richard (Karen), Randy (Paula), Mary Ann (Larry Woolard) and Kathy (Earl Werner); his daughters, Mandy (Larry Dawson) of Mulkeytown and Wendy (Russell SKonie) of Fort Collins; his grandchildren, Lara, Ryan, Brandon, Jessica, Jordan and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Lydia and Kody.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Herrin City Cemetery N. 14th (1324 E Stotlar St #1320, Herrin, IL 62948).
