He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorene Wheeler and Melvin Hope Wheeler; his sister Roxie Palmer; and his nephew Zachary Wheeler. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Julia Brooke Wheeler, Ashley Kay Smith and Haley Rae Jackson; his wife Darlene Wheeler; his son Shawn Wheeler; and his brothers, Steve Wheeler and Gary Wheeler (Kay). He is also survived by grandchildren, and lots of nephews.
