It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Williams Theodore Smith (East Saint Louis, Illinois), born in Festus, Missouri, who passed away on May 6, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Theodore Smith, Sr. and Eva Smith of Virginia; and his sisters, Diana Logan and Gail McClellan. He is survived by: his children, Andre Smith, Cynthia Smith, Kimberly McDaniel and Yolanda Ross; his grandchildren, Morgan McDaniel, David McDaniel, Lakeisha Ross and Markeisha Williams; and his siblings, Jeffrey Smith (Kristi), Nola Mae Phillips, Sonya Smith and Angela Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
