He is survived by: his children, Beverly Cruise, Alicia McGruder (Hosey), Walter Cruise III, Michelle Cruise, Monulita Cruise and Dr. Christie Cruise; his sister Sandra Lewis; and his grandchildren, Darneisha, Dylan, Brian, Christian, Daniel, LaShonda and Sharita.
