She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Mae Tillman and Ray Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Earnest Brown; her children, Mogesh Tillman, Ronald Houston Jr., Sean Davis, Corey Houston and Thaddeus Houston (TJ); and her siblings, Byron Bishop, Devonne Lee (Pat), Freddie Mae Street and Sharon Bishop. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
