He is survived by: his wife Sandra Morris; his daughter Phoray Morris; and his siblings, Todd Lacy of Deltona, Thomas Cowsen of Crown Point, Ervin Cowsen of Gary, Indiana and Marilyn Cowsen of East St. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Officer Funeral Home (2114 Missouri Ave, East St Louis, IL 62205). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
