She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James Gibson Sr. and Grace Gibson (Allen); her aunt Mae Ella Hicks; her uncle John Richard Allen; and her stepbrothers, James, Jr., Charles, Clarence and Jeff.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria J. Gibson and James I. Gibson III; her sister-in-law Stefanie Gibson; her niece Jayla Grace Gibson; and her nephews, Antonio Davidson, Kristopher Reeves and James Gibson IV. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
