She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Joseph Phifer; her mother Doreatha Phifer; her daughters, Tarlitha Willis (Lowell), Carlitha Evans Sullivan Telford and Angela Telford; and her siblings, Orvin, Diane, Burnis, Bernard, Wanda (Arnold), Reatha (Robert), LaTonya and JoAnn. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
