It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois E. Nash (East Saint Louis, Illinois), who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Givhan and Loudella Givhan; her husband Roy L. Nash; her siblings, Selma, Willie Membra, Dorothy, Bradley Kembra, Bertha Mae, Vera, Carrie Lou, Alice Ree, Walter Adams, Robert Earl and Charlie Parks; her grandchild Reishia Douglas; and her great grandchild Rhegan Ferrell.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Givhan; her uncle Robert; her children, Micheline Harris, Dacia Nash-Travis, Gregory Nash (Zena) and Roger Nash; her grandchildren, Delicia Ferrell, Danielle Harris, Deanna Moton, Keiland Nash, Ajina Hill, Darrious Nash and Ratisha Nash; her great grandchildren, Delila, Jadon, Ronald, Javarrie, Riley, Justin, Justice, Destiny, Afrika and Kori; and her sisters-in-law, Hattie Pearl Givhan and Maggie Nash. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, greats, great-greats, other relatives and friends.
