He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonso Payne and Melissa McGlown Oglesby; and his siblings, Antoinnette Barnes and Mario Payne. He is survived by: his wife Diana Payne; his children, LaShanda Lewis, Kevin Payne Jr. and Nicholas Payne; his stepsons, Jason Montgomery and Joshua Montgomery; his granddaughter London Payne; his sister Tawana Payne; and his stepmother Velma Payne Norfleet. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
