It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Tidwell (East Saint Louis, Illinois), who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin Tidwell and Louise Bember-Tidwell; and his brother Roy Tidwell. He is survived by: his former wife Rena Smith; his daughter Jamisa Tidwell; his grandchildren, Andre Tidwell, Danesha Sanders and Donyae Sanders; and his close friend Carmen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
