He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Perkins, Sr. and Lucille Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Denise Lowery Perkins; his sons, Kenneth Perkins (Toby), Freddy Perkins, Jr., Travis Perkins (Elizabeth) and Frederick Perkins (Cassandra); his stepchildren, Sheri Lowery, Jina Tweed, Miya Gilmore (Tony) and Sean Lowery; and his sister Gencie Mae Perkins. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
