She was predeceased by: her brother John Marion Toney. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Perry and Ronald D. Perry; and her grandchildren, Michelle Perry, Ricky Perry (Yolanda) and Ronald Maurice Perry. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, family members, associates and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the Officer Funeral Home (2114 Missouri Ave, East St Louis, IL 62205). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
