He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Crutcher; his sons, Donyale Crutcher (Toya), Keish Crutcher, Sr. (Samantha), East and Essex Crutcher, Jr. of Bellville, IL; his sisters, Irma Clark, Vera Holliway and Gennetta Crutcher; and his grandchildren, Keish Crutcher, Jr., East, Sa'Rita Forest of Clarksville, IN, Donnetta Crutcher, Lanece Frison and Arriannia Crutcher. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
