She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Z. Holmes; her brothers, Leroy Rushing (Loretta) and William "Billie" Thomas; her grandchildren, Kenderick Holmes (Tiffany), Steven Pierce, Brandon Walker and Christina Maxey; her great grandchildren, KeMari, Payton, Makenzie, Mason, Steven Jr., Samari, Paige, KeNhi, Stephon, Kenderick II and Yolanda "Eggy" Allen; her grandson Jamaal McKinney; and her godsons, Murphy Rodgers, Cordell Sawyer, Christopher Whitehead, Darryl Coleman and Warren Griffin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
