He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jimme Baker, Roosevelt Edwards, Theodore Baker and George Baker; and also, May Dantzler, Louise Isbell, Rosalee Gaines, Velma Dixon and Ernestine Tiller.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Harris Millins; and his children, Reginald Graham (Tiffiney) of Surprise, AZ, Rosalyne Graham of Goodyear, AZ, Sherrie Woolen-Haley (Eric) of Huntsville, AL, Rhonda Daniels of Cincinnati, OH and Kimberly Millins Long (Kevin). He is also survived by grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
