It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Yvonne Hartley of East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oval Tolliver and Danial Tolliver; and her siblings, Robert, James, Leonard, Myron Tolliver, Idella, Rosalie Tolliver and Bernice Wellmaker (Peggy).
She is survived by: her spouse Gene Hartley; her children, Cheryl Hartley and Darte Tolliver, Sr. (Nancy); her grandchildren, Darte Tolliver, Jr. of Belleville, Corey, Darcus Tolliver, Richard Thompson, Jr. of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Erica Hall (David); her siblings, Narvin Tolliver (Nellie) of Saint Louis, George Tolliver of Belleville, Illinois and Willette Johnson (Ronald); and her friend Yvonne Luter of Belleville, Illinois. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and friends.
