He is survived by: his parents, William Curtis of Missouri and Jean Curtis (Connett) of Bartonville; his sister Angel Haller of Bartonville; his niece Taylor Green of Bartonville; his nephew Tanner Haller of Rutland; his great-niece Callie Green of Bartonville; and his great-nephew Brayden Green of Bartonville.
