He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harris and Lois Eileen Adams, Sr. (Sill); and his brothers, Wayne Garland Adams, Kenneth Clay Adams and Ronald Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Hite (Matthew) of Moweaqua and William "Billy" Adams, III (Ashley) of Marquette Heights; his grandchildren, Larissa Hite, Cade Hite, Camilla Hite, Averee Adams and Brayden Adams; and his siblings, Harris Adams (Peggy) of Peoria, Stan Adams (Laura) of Marquette Heights, Betty Dozard (Gene) of Sunnyland, Julie Stocker-Adams (Bob Weaver) of Quincy and Connie Adams of Princeville.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Creve Coeur Christian Church (101 S Thorncrest Ave, Creve Coeur, IL 61610). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
