We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2024, at the age of 75, Willard E. Lacey of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Lacey and Viola Lacey (Haun). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lacey of East Peoria; his children, Angel Smith of Arizona, Ashley Jones (Tom) of Pekin, Jesse Lacey of East Peoria and William Lacey of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Austin, Alexa and Finley; and his brothers, Tom Skinner of Peoria and John Skinner of East Peoria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
