We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2023, at the age of 80, Walter Lockhart of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter S. Lockhart and Darlene M. Huff Lockhart; his wife Eleanor Dunlap; and his stepson Mike Lockhart of Athens, IL.. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be given to the American Red Cross.
