He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Axelrod and Natalie Axelrod (Kohn); his wife Linda Axelrod (Hazzard); his children, David Axelrod (Deborah) and Julie Hodges (Harry); his brother Gary Axelrod; his grandchildren, Tyler Hodges (Caroline), Alissa Harkins (Ryan), Brandon Axelrod (Ashley), Jonathan Axelrod (Meghan) and Lindsey Hobbick (Derek); and his family Steve.
