It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley J. Boudreau of East Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Shirley's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Roecker and Helen Weinstein Roecker; and her husband Ivan Boudreau. She is survived by: her sons, Marc Sherwood (Elizabeth) of Boulder City, NV, Jeff Sherwood (Candy) of Derby, KS and Alan Sherwood (Annette) of East Peoria. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Peoria German-American Central Society.
