We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2022, at the age of 75, Sandra K. Dallinger of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Warren E. Black. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Dallinger-Eaker; her grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew and Alexis Dallinger-Eaker; and her sister Starlene Chapman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton.
