We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ellen Schmillen of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Independence, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jack Mullineaux. She is survived by: her mother Irene Mullineaux (Booth) of Washington; her children, Peter Schmillen (Amy) of Jacksonville, FL and Rebecca Schmillen of East Peoria; and her siblings, Kathy Mullineaux of Creve Coeur and Jackie Lambert (Randy) of Fruitland Park, FL.. She is also survived by her family, and caring for her beloved dogs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's memory to TAPS or the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.
