He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Biggs and Sylvia Biggs; his sons, Stan Biggs (Linda) of Creve Coeur, Illinois and Roy Biggs (Linda) of Creve Coeur, Illinois; his brother David Biggs of Mulkeytown, Illinois.; and his wife Iona. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
