He was predeceased by: his brother Rex Daily. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Hutcheson (Jeremy) of McLeansboro, IL and Kevin Daily (Amanda) of Pekin, IL; his grandchildren, Beau A. Daily and Mallory K. Daily; his siblings, Kenny Daily (Carolyn), Jeff Daily (Ellen Leighty) and Kim Daily-Hammond; his sister-in-law Fern Daily; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Daily (Laura), Mason Hammond, Mindy Forsythe-Daily (Candi), Jennifer Miller (Tyler) and Annaliza Hammond (Clay Barnette).
