He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kavanaugh and Lorraine Kavanaugh (Scheeler); his daughter Diane Zeyen; and his grandson Wesley Coffey. He is survived by: his wife Berenice "Betty" Kavanaugh of Henderson, KY; and his daughters, Lorraine Coffey (Matthew) of Siesta Key, FL, Laura Ervin (Robert) of Morganfield, KY and Denise Kopplin (James) of Fishers, IN. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
