He was predeceased by: his parents, Bunyan Julius and Julia Breedlove (Leopard); his son Kirk Palmer; and his siblings, Lois, Glenn, Opal and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Joyce Breedlove; his children, James Breedlove (Laurie), Rex Breedlove, ReiLynna Canterbury (Keith) and Roxy Breedlove; his stepchildren, Rhonda Wahnee and Robert Davis; and his siblings, Ramona Breedlove and Gene Breedlove. He is also survived by many grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
