He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene June Vaughn (O'Brien); and his sister Karen L. Vaughn. He is survived by: his father Charles Vaughn of East Peoria; his siblings, Robert A. Vaughn (Kitty) of Peoria, Steve Vaughn (Ronda) of Andrews, Texas and Anita Lee of Goldendale, Washington; and his nephews, Matthew Lee, Logan and Lucas Vaughn (Terri Ingle).
