It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia G. Schmitt of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Reed and Sarah Malone Reed; her husband John W. Schmitt; her daughter Chris; and her son-in-law Doug Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Salisbury (Tyler) of Normal; her grandchildren, Jessica Kelly (Mike) of Metamora, Ashley Taylor (Justin) of East Peoria and Michael Scheffert of Pontiac; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Myles, Madilynn, Mikey, Jr. and Gracie; and her child Tazewell Woodford Headstart.
