It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrice McCartney of East Peoria, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel J. McDade and Anna L. McDade (Sutter); and her siblings, Danny and Bridget. She is survived by: her pet Ginger; her daughters, LeeAnn Diaz (Marcus) of Brookville, OH. and Erica Lawrence of Peoria, IL.; her stepson Chris Jones of Pekin; her grandchildren, Jazmen (Markell), Darrien, Andres', Brooklyn, Marco, Wyatt, Karman and Beau; her siblings, Jude Meinke, Rick Hillyer, Jerry McDade and Tom McDade (Wendy); and her close friend Ginger. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date.
