He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene G. Moore and Dorothy Moore (Long). He is survived by: his wife Donna (Hopkins); and his children, Timothy Moore (Shari), Todd Moore (Jennifer) and Traci Nave (Thurman). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, his brothers, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Marks school or the Sisters of Mary Morning Star Chapel Building Fund.
