He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Boggs; his sister Wanda Shepler of East Peoria, IL; his grandson Jeffrey Anderson of Lexington, KY; and his stepchildren, Diana Connell of East Peoria, IL, Malinda Johnson of Santa Cruz, CA, Arthur Boggs of Peoria, IL, Michael Boggs of Evarts, KY and Steven Boggs of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
